Gaming Innovation Group Moves Headquarters to Malta Amid a Number of Strategic Acquisitions

Gaming Innovation Group, a parent company of several iGaming subsidiaries and casino sites including Guts.com and Betspin.com, announced that it is about to have its corporate headquarters relocated to St. George’s Bay, Malta. The company has inked a lease valid for 8 years and the headquarters office is to be located in a modern, innovative campus building.

Representatives of Gaming Innovation Group announced that the relocation is expected to be completed by the second quarter of next year. They did not miss to mention that the headquarters relocation is an important corporate milestone for the company.

The campus, where GIG staff is about to move to is currently under construction. It will be an innovative building promoting conservation of natural resources. As GIG managers are dedicated to ensuring the best working environment for their employees, they will provide them with the opportunity to indulge in recreational activities. The campus is expected to feature a terrace, spacious enough for serving as an outdoor workstation.

Expectations are GIG to continue its expansion and become a leading employer in the gambling industry in Malta. In this aspect, Robin Reed, GIG’s CEO, commented on the available job positions. He was quoted as saying that GIG management wants to attract people who are passionate about working in the gambling industry and provide them with everything they need for boosting their productivity and creativity.

Mr. Reed said that once hired with GIG, he wanted each staff member to become a more innovative version of themselves. He encouraged everyone who has the necessary skills and qualifications to apply for a job at the company.

The last couple of weeks were important for GIG’s further growth. It has entered a binding agreement for the acquisition of Betit Holdings. It was defined as yet another strategic acquisition aimed at bolstering GIG’s industry portfolio. The deal was estimated at €54 million.

Representatives of Betit commented on the acquisition itself as well as on the “letter of intent” GIG has signed. They expressed their hopes that the deal will be profitable for both parties and GIG will conquer the competitive Scandinavian market. Prior to Betit’s purchase, GIG acquired Magenti Media and OddsModel.

Gaming Innovation Group is said to have eyed a few prominent iGaming brands targeting mainly Scandinavian players, but it is yet to announce details related to their purchase.
